i find the hotel near two major train stations. it was a short walk to both gare du nord and gare de l'est. the location helped me see many parts of the city. nearby restaurants provided easy meal options. the staff was friendly.

i noticed some refurbishment on one floor. it seemed like there was ongoing work in progress. this did cause very slight disturbance, but didn't affect my stay very much.
